At Matiere Premiere USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your olfactive experience; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been opened or used.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and shipping carton to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving the label.
